Learning how to light PART #2

I just purchased anoher two units of Nikon SB600 for the past two days, and sadly i cant upload the photos because my CF card just died on me... SHIT. Ops! i should've posted my New Year post, gehhh whatever i didnt took any photos from the celebration either. I dont take photos when i dont feel liek it :P soooooooooo thats that :D. Since i have three units and faye got one unit, overall its 4 SB600 mayhem! :P I already mapped where to position the lights and everything, and hope it'll go according to plan. It was a lot tougher than i thought :P i was soo tired and exhausted, the shoot was setup around 3-5am at Tasik Kelana Jaya. I was being cranky, because i cant take ANY photos because my built in flash went kaput, so i cant trigger the CLS using my Nikon D70S. So i just supervised and jadi tukang pegang flash AGAIN -___-". Cant wait to get my hands on the radio triggers so that i can use my SB600s for myself :P Here's the lighting setup :

sheesshh too many sbs haha

Results:

it wasnt a full circle that i had imagine ( for the background ) will do googling around how that works.

this was faye's idea of instead putting the front flash forward facing downward towards the subject, he placed it on the floor upward to get this effect, nicely done :) I RIKEEE EEEIT :D hahahaha

my fav of all faye's shots are these two.

dont forget to visit his flickr site here
